Notice is hereby given that the 34th Annual General Meeting of Childreach will be held at the London Police Association Building at 330 William Street on Thursday, June 25, 2009 at 6 p.m. for the purpose of:
- Receiving and considering the Annual Report and financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2009 and the report of the auditors thereon;
- Electing directors;
- Appointing auditors; and
- Transacting such further and other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
